  • Combination trips CAN consist of TUNA, STRIPED BASS, SHARK, or GROUNDFISH!
  • Our Captains/Mates will be happy to fillet up to 5 fish per person at no charge. (You are welcome to keep the racks if you would like, however we do not chop up racks or gut fish due to the wear and tear it puts on our fillet knifes.)

Terms and Conditions

Deposits are $200 on all trips

The captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather.

Change/Cancellation Policy

14 days or more: Full Refund

8-13 days prior: 50% Refund

7 days or less: No Refunds

No drugs will be allowed on the boat unless you have a medical prescription.

We only allow a maximum of 6 paying passengers on our boat. There are some trips we only allow a maximum of 4 paying passengets on our boat. We will NEVER take more than that number, if you plan to bring more people than what the trip will take, we will NOT be able to accommodate your request.

What to Bring…

  • A waterproof jacket and pants (it can be cool on the water)
  • A camera or phone for pictures and video!
  • Water and Beverages to stay hydrated *Alcoholic beverages are allowed but in CANS ONLY. Intoxication is not allowed on the boat. Thank you.
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Hat
  • Non-marking sole shoes with good traction (ideally closed toe)
  • Coolers and ice for your food and to take home your catch.
  • A bag to store your personal items underneath in to stay dry

How many fish can we keep on our charter?

The current recreational fishing regulations for Massachusetts are:

  • Striped Bass – 28″ minimum – 1 fish per person
  • Bluefish – No minimum – 10 fish per person
  • Bluefin Tuna – 3 fish (27″ to less than 47″), 1 fish (47″ to less than 73″) – per trip *NMFS updated 4/23/2016 With respect to large bluefin tuna (those greater than 73 inches curved fork length) permitted to be retained by our vessels under current regulations will be the sole property of the vessel and captain.
  • Black Sea Bass – 15″ minimum – 5 fish per person (May 19- Sept 12)
  • Scup – 9″ minimum – 45 fish per person (May/June), 30 fish per person (July, August, September)
  • Fluke – 17″ minimum – 5 fish per person (May 23-Oct 9)
  • Tautog – 16″ minimum- April 1- May = 3 fish per person, Jun 1  –  Jul 31= 1 fish per person, Aug 1 – Oct 14= 3 fish per person, Oct 15 -Dec 31= 5 fish per person
  • Haddock – North of Cape Cod 17″ minimum – 12 fish per person,  South of Cape Cod 18″ minimum – No Limit
  • Pollock – No Limit- No Limit
  • Cod – 23″ minimum South of Cape Cod  – 10 fish per person, North of Cape Cod- Closed
